1-2-3. 5-6-7. Every song has a distinct beat in salsa that a dancer listens to carefully to stay on rhythm.

Great teams tune into each member’s strengths and regularly engage in candid dialogue. They value the diversity of experiences and perspectives of each member, and this diversity is the breeding ground for innovation.

Great teams invest in their employees because they know that employees are an organization’s most valuable asset. Research shows that thriving employees are more committed to the organization and more satisfied with their jobs.
